Baker Introduction

Hi!

My name is Stephanie Baker, and I just finished my Freshman year at Loyola. I have lived in Metairie, Louisiana my entire life, and I am excited to still be in New Orleans attending school. As of right now, I am taking general studies until I figure out what I want to major in. I have a strong interest in Psychology, as well as History and Science, so those are a few different possible choices for my career path. At some point in my life I would like to work with battered women and contribute to the effort of re-building their strength and sense of worth. I also believe same sex marriage should be allowed in every state.

I enjoy reading, cinema/television, Photoshop, and spending time with family and friends. I also like media/video editing. I would like to save enough money within the next few years to travel around Europe, particularly England. I believe it is important to visit other places and experience different cultures.

I am excited to take this course because it is my first online class!
